Building UX Personas – Identifying User Behaviour [closed]

I am working on building some User Personas for my company.

Using a mixture of Analytics and internal data, I am trying to identify behavioral trends.

From the data I've noticed only 1 minor trend. The top and bottom 25% of users (based on usage) have a more even distribution of use across all services. The middle 50% seem to use a few core services.

However the trend is small. See visualization of data. enter image description here

Is this too small of a difference to consider a trend?
