Boostrap mobile website is showing directly footer, rather than header part in ios devices [on hold]

I am working on a mobile website build with bootstrap framework. When I open the site in mobile browsers in ios devices, its directly scrolling to footer rather than showing navigation and banners. This issue is with home page only.
