Best idea to convert table content for smaller screen

I have this design and now I am trying to figure out how to make this to work well for mobile screen as well.

Since there might be more List, I figure that I can convert it to scrollable tabs so it will not overlap.

But for the content in each List, I put it in <table> tag as I think it is easier to read it in this way instead of on top of the Item button as below.

enter image description here But then if in smaller screen, the 'table' won't look good as there might be overlapping between buttons. But I don't have any idea how. Can anyone help to give any suggestion?
