Behaviour Enhancement

I am currently working on a project which evolves around positive behaviour enforcement. The idea of the project is for the user to distribute different sensorsystems in his appartment (Soil-Humidity, Dust-Sensors), the data from all the sensors is collected and the user gets analytics of this data and points based on how well hes been doing the day before. Also we implemented a streak system where it counts the days the user has been fullfilling his personal goal. My question would be how I can use the gathered points and put some kind of gamification element into which keeps the person going. Another question would be how to visualize those streaks efficiently.
