Automated phone menues and Heuristic Evaluations
I'm starting a new project that require to perform an heuristic evaluation over an automated phone menu. In that sense, I'm just tailoring my evaluation checklist and templates trying to adapt it from other projects for web and mobile products. As you might imagine, there's a huge gap between web, mobile and phone interfaces.
So, the questions are:
- Do you have previous experience conducting Heuristic Evaluations over automated phone systems?
- Do you have any insight/suggestion you'd like to share in order to tailor the checklists?
