Are there any user experience management frameworks ?

Is there a framework or ISO reference that guides you trough the process of establishing a user experience management system in your organization?

Something like ISO 9001 - a set of requirements and best practices that can be implemented in your QMS (Quality Management System)

I know of the existence of ISO 9241-210:2010, most of it trough research papers, many of which state the iterative nature of continuous improvement and evaluation through prototypes. However I think that theres is no part referring on metrics or other key performance indicators. Although I understand that many of the UX related metrics are qualitative, most of the business managers are always asking for quantitative data.
