App/service onboarding experiences where an intake call is required [closed]

I'm currently working on an app design where the initial onboarding is to complicated to digitalize in MVP phase. Because of that we would make people book an onboarding call with one of the projectmanagers who can do the necessary things.

Anybody got any tips or references of other apps and services doing the same thing? Looking for inspiration.
