Any way to manage UX text in an integrating way for desktop, iOS, and AOS all together? [migrated]

We're developing and operating an app service that supports desktop, iOS, and AOS devices.

Because each OS version contains its own language pack file, we're managing three different OS-specific UX string files.

This is quite annoying and mistake-prone; if one text segment is to be updated, we should check and update all the three OS-specific UX string files that are not sync with one another.

Isn't there any approach to managing one single UX string table applicable to all the three?
