Android Mobile app resolution guideline [duplicate]

I'm designing a mobile app with resolution 72 and with the dimension of 1080*1920. Is this a right way of doing. While i'm giving psd to developer on what resolution i suppose to give.
My colleague was asking me to do design with 480 resolution. I'm confused. Can anybody suggest....
