Amd Radeon Software Alt+R Pop-up

First of all I am not sure if this is the right place to post my question. I have this minor issue that has been bugging me for months and still don't know how to get rid of.

If anybody is running an AMD cpu would probably get this message whenever opening a video and gets this annoying pop-up. I tried everything to no avail in my AMD Radeon Software and configure its setting but the pop-up still comes on. How do I get rid of this annoying thing?
