Alternative to Flash MX with HTML5 [on hold]

I want to make a auto run for a CD/DVD, and my prefer to do that is HTML5, But also Flash is acceptable. Previously I used to do that with Flash MX, Which created Flash files dynamically and visually. But for now, I wanna something like that, But in HTML5, Or something similar to that in Flash. As I said HTML5 is preferred. Any software like Flash MX in HTML5? Any suggestion?
