Alternate For Long list of tabs(All Primary) (In Dropdown losing context ) [duplicate]

I have a problem where there is lot of content under an element 1 . Which i made it in tabs but once the content increases it converts into a drop down but here i am losing context by hiding content inside drop down. what are alternate ways to get exposure on all the content without hiding. All those content will have its own page related to it.

Other option is Pipe seperated texts with blue links for selected but i have no idea if this will work. let me know if you find any solutions.
