Airport interactive map builder

I'm working on an airport website UX concept and at the same time figuring out the technologies that should be used. I am searching for ways to build interactive maps. A software or service that enables a user to build and manage the app. The map should be intuitive to use on desktop/tablet/mobile.

Does anybody have any experience with this?
