Adobe XD selection through `option` key is disturbed by auto triggering `mission control` [closed]

When I wanna select some component on other components to duplicate a component, let's say I have a text box on top of rectangle I wanna select the text box and duplicate it, I have to press Option button and then click on the object and drag away, but once I press the option key, it is disturbed by auto triggering mission control. I checked in keyboard shortcuts mission control and mouse settings etc under system preferences. But nothing has assigned the Option key as mission control short cut. Why Options key triggers mission control and how to disable it when I'm using Adobe XD?
