Accessibility crawling tool [on hold]

Hello. I am looking for some kind of crawling tool that will crawl a whole site to check for accessibility errors.

I.e.

"List all the images on the site example.com that has no ALT-text".

Any tools, paid or free, online or local installs are internering to know about.
