Accessibility – Best way to display list content in table

I was asked by my design team whether the table in the image attached below is Accessibility compliant? It is a very simple table with two columns, but one of the table cell can contain list of data. The number of results in the list is dynamic and there is no control. I was really curious whether this is something that is accessible to Screen readers and how they can perceive this information. 2 questions?

• If not, is there a solution to make this a better experience for screen readers?
