AB/MVT tools that can also collect qualitative feedback [closed]

I'm looking for an AB/MVT testing tool that can also collect qualitative feedback.

My company currently uses Maxymiser, but I don't think it has that capability. We also have a survey tool (on page poll). Not sure if that can be combined with Maxyiser (i.e. Default design has filters on the left. Comaprison design has filters on the top. Can the survey tool tell which variant the customer gets?)

Can anyone share your thoughts/share your experience?
