14 vs 30 Day Return Policy E-Commerce
Is there a difference between a 14-day and a 30-day return policy in terms of completed orders and product return rate? I was searching for studies around this topic, but couldn't find any. I would suspect that a 30-day policy would benefit customer trust, which leads to more orders and would not increase the product return rate dramaticly versus a 14-day return policy. What is your experience?
