? Mobile-specific heuristics to use in a heuristic evaluation?

I'm about to perform a heuristic evaluation of a mobile application for U.S. state and federal government. My plan is to use Jacob Neilson's 10 usability heuristics as the foundation but I'd like to consider some mobile-specific heuristics.

Is there a proven list of mobile-specific heuristics that I've been unable to find? Some of the things that come to mind are:

• gestures
• appropriate use of sensors e.g. voice, geolocation, biometrics etc
• ?
